"Carter" is a fairly common last name, so it's possible that the Mrs. Carter track list that's been floating around the Web belongs to a Mrs. Carter. What's for certain, though, is that the 11-track set doesn't belong to THE Mrs. Carter, Beyonce.
A source tells Idolator that the track list is definitely fake, which is a bit of a bummer. The collaborations, which were seemingly too good to be true, included Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Azealia Banks, Ne-Yo and Solange.
It's worth noting, though, that since last year, a rumor has been floating around that Beyonce really has teamed up with Lady Gaga on a song called "Ratchet," that Azealia may have contributed to. It's also been previously reported that Beyonce had plans to hit the studio with her longtime collaborator Ne-Yo.
For now though, fans will have to wait to see what Bey has cooked up for her follow-up to 2011's 4 album. She'll promote the upcoming set with her the Mrs. Carter Show world tour, which kicks off in April.
